Does anyone have a sig 1 Hawkeye

At sig 1 bleeds will reduce physical resistance 45000. At sig 2 that number is reduced to 2300. I would love to see what a reduction of 45000 looks like before this bug gets fixed

Second pic is his old sig ability. First one has the current one but it's bugged since it should be scaling up not down and at max sig it should be a 552 reduction per bleed, according to his spotlight.
