Hawkeye damage not scaling properly

I’ve noticed that Hawkeye’s damage is not scaling properly with the Tigra synergy (turns bleeds into poisons). As you can see below his normal damage with 4 fragility debuffs hits around 6k on the crit, however when paired with Tigra the same 4 fragility debuffs are only hitting around 3k. I’m using a rank 4 Hawkeye, no other synergies other than Tigra and no boosts whatsoever. Please look into this!
