According to kit:
i) Now, is the debuff duration extension calculated based on the number of passives just before the special, or after the release? For example, suppose I throw an sp2 with 5 passives already stacked but miss the perfect release on this sp2. Do I get 50% extra debuff duration or nothing?
ii) The dialed in debuff bonus applies to the bleeds as well, right?
P.S. to all my memers and trolls, I’m disappointed at the lack of “Early Release” jokes I’ve seen here today
