CapIW sig question

I have a max sig CapIW, and I had stealthy on team in AQ.

I took the extreme left path in AQ map5 section 2, where we have gulk, void, and electro with bleed node and heal block node.

On this path the bleed did not purify on captian. Was it because of heal block?

Is it a bug? I don’t have a capiw but I’m aware that he purifies

You need kinetic charges

Oh okay, I see. He wasn't starting with a charge. So, if he gains a charge, then a debuff gained after a gained charge would purify, right?

Yes, he can't shrug any debuffs that you start fights with
