I am curious to know which Sinister Six champion is the best/strongest one to use. Now if this question has already been asked before, then I'm sorry about that. Any information about the Champs listed, except for Kraven maybe, would be helpful.

Mysterio just got a (what I've heard is) really good synergy with Peni Parker, so maybe that changes things slightly. But as for their base kit, I'd have to go with Doc Ock. He can control fights so much when played correctly.

Not as far as I know. However, my 6* is still unawakened so I can't really test it out myself. It's been a while since I took my awakened 5* out for a spin since he's not ranked up fully.
