Does dragon man need his awakened ability?

To be good on defense does he need his awakened ability? Am considering rank9ng him up

Nope. He’s great on offensive and defense without the dupe. I’m getting ready to take him to R3 unawakened. He’s so much fun to play and he can be a challenging defender.
