Just.. Wow!
That mercenary quest in Cav eq is some next level bs. Who thought mixing unstoppable, stun immunity and making re-parry a necessary skill for 6 paths of monthly eq was a good thing? Next time how about we make shallow intercepts, Ghosting or Quaking a requirement?
The problem wasn't just the reparry requirement but tweaking the ai so it does heavy-medium 99% of the time. I did incursions, arena, aq and other cav eq quests yet only in that very specific quest does the ai do that making it impossible to reparry.
Here's how you fix it:-
- Each time #Mercenary attackers parry an attack, they place a passive bleed on the defender for x seconds.
- Every 6 seconds the defender becomes stun immune, this does not trigger if they are suffering from a bleed effect.
- Whenever the defender is inflicted with a bleed effect, #Mercenary attacker's gain a cross-fight charge.
This retains the skill aspect without forcing you to re-parry. And please, undo whatever it is you guys did it the ai.
