THERE IS A NEW MESSAGE ABOUT MCOC TALKING ABOUT UPDATING MY APPLICATION. ANYONE KNOWS WHAT IT IS AND HOWTO DEAL WITH IT??

I don't understand. The message says you need to update the game. Wouldn't it make more sense to update the game rather than asking what it means and how to deal with it? But to answer your question, you deal with it by updating the game. After updating, it will go away...

There have been updates since October. The load screen you have now was from an update after October 15th. If you are using iOS go to the app store, click on yourself, and then pull down to refresh the available updates. Not sure what you do for Android. But there is an update.
