Arena Payout

I was grinding a arena. The Arena was called Acrobatist and finished three days ago at night. My score was 300k and my username is jokes 2479. At the time of the distribution of rewards I did not receive anything although it said that 80k gets you ranked rewards.

Submit a ticket in game by pressing the gear button. That should resolve it if what you say is true

What is a ticket?? Where do I get it? I'm still new to game. I would not cheat as a I've tried very hard for the arena. It was my first time grinding that arena. I hope that I get the rewards that were promised to me.

He is telling you to put in a support ticket. It's the other option by forms.
