His ability clearly says that it nullifies the opponent's ability to activate any advantage at 100%, that includes magik limbo. At first it was so, but after so many maintenances and falls the game no longer does.
Another thing is that Mephisto suffers incineration, besides he burns with the fire of Mephisto when you fight against him.
He doesn't suffer the effect of soul is prisoned as well.

Mephisto takes damage from master mode mephisto due to a bug caused by the enhanced incineration node.
On limbo I cannot agree because before the masive nerf, Black widow used to nullify it
Black widow nullifies ****, she can bypass abilities thus prevent them even from triggering,
Mephisto "blocks" all BUFFS at the start of a fight, limbo is passive and not a buff
She reduces the chance of defensive limbo to trigger.
You can't nullify limbo, and it doesn't feed Mystic dispersion. This happens because limbo is not a buff, is a passive ability, like a charge that indicates when you are losing HP.
Mephisto ability only works against buffs
