Still missing correct aq payout

Hi I contacted the support team and got very little response to no response. So my question is are the aq rewards still being looked at because everyone around me got the correct payout but I havent. Its frustrating because I helped put up most of the points and would like the correct payout. So if some would could let me know that would be great thanks.

I got the first one but not the second one. I feel like kabam hasn't said to much on it either. Maybe they are still working on it

They also removed there post claiming further investigation going on....
