Class Advancement

There have been 2 class advancement events in the last 12 7-hour events. Is this a bug? Cosmic combat has shown thrice. I know it is random but this is just ridiculous.

And would you believe it? After cosmic combat came two skill combats and then a mystic combat? This is preposterous.
