I got the 2020 crystal didn’t ht come out in 2019

    That's conflicting information right there in the email.

    First they say it guarantees a 2020 and in final paragraph they say it's from a pool of 2019 champions.

    And saying I didn’t use real money on a crystal that’s only available through using real money is crazy to me. How did I get it if I didn’t use real money
