Can we get our 6* AG crystal back if we pulled the same class that we traded in?

I traded a 6* class gem for the random crystal but pulled the same class. This doesn't make sense, if we haven't used the gem yet, can you remove it from our accounts and send another crystal with that class removed?

    Or increaase trade-in limit. I physically hurt my eyes, when I see that tech gem in my inventory.

    This is an excellent idea. It would be painless and easy way to make the trade in store awesome. All I want is to take advantage of the trade in offer. But I can't do that when I get a series of skill gems I can't use.
