Cavalier Sinister Synergy Crystal drop rate bugged?

At least 10 crystals, 9 3* and 1 4* champ. I know it's a small sample size which is why I'm asking the question but considering what the posted percentages are, this seems strange. I've opened more than 10 but lost count on the actual number but those were 3 stars too.
