Is anyone else experiencing a noticeable increase in parry and control issues?

Through the entire parry bug gate I’ve rarely complained. I had problems the first couple of weeks it was introduced and then sort of adapted to the new windows. This is actually the first post I’m making about the parry and control issues but I felt had to, in hopes to get confirmation that either:
1. Yes, there was an update or tweaking to the parry and control measures or..
2. I’m just having a bad week or two playing

I have been laid out so many times in AQ this week when I feel I clearly parried. And I’ve been parrying when I was certain I dexed. It just feels like more than a bad week… am I crazy? Is anyone else experiencing this? Kabam community managers if you see this, can you confirm whether there were any tweaks at all in that area that could have affected this?

Yes. It’s been very noticeable in AQ and in general questing. It doesn’t even seem to be a timing issue. I’ve no idea what’s going on anymore.

I am on Android so I never officially had parry-dex issues (hahaha so funny...).

However after last update the game sometimes "launches wrong". I load it and it lags so bad it's barely believable. Then I restart it and it's all ±fine

Not only that. My champs often are standing and doing nothing. Simply cannot control them for couple seconds.

I'm on the S21 Ultra and I've never had parry/dex issues. On my old phone a few mo the back I did however.

All the bugs previously mentioned do seem much worse this month. I'm on android and everything seems off,including AI response time. Getting really frustrated tbh

Thanks for the feedback everyone, would still like confirmation from Kabam. If there was updates to the input mechanisms or something that would affect that, I’d like to give my feedback.

To be honest , I thought I was playing bad or missing out parries but then I recorded my gameplay , Confirmed with my ally and it turns out to be that the things are getting worsen.

Yes i missed consecutive parries in AQ the other day. The compensation items were available so I wasn't too frustrated, but I like to go itemless just for the sake of it.

I have some similar issues. The game was taking so long to load fights or even do the switch from a move in a quest to the pre-fight champ selection screen that it took me about 30 minutes to get through a complete run of the daily class catalyst quest (both sides). Parry/dex is a joke too though it is apparently not as consistent as the iOS issue but then we have had these issues for years without it being fixed.

Additionally, the special button not working for a press or two at random times is still an issue and has been worse for me more recently. I keep running into situations where I use a special when they are dashing in and wind up blocking or doing nothing instead and when I release the button (if it did a block instead) because I expected the special to fire and interrupt their charge at me I get hit with a combo.

Had issues with the original bug back when SoP was running, then last month it seemed like everything was fixed... Until the December update.

I've scuffed my way through a single run of Cav EQ but won't waste my time going for 100%. Will be the first month that I haven't fully explored it.

Not gonna be over-dramatic and strop around saying I'll be quiting the game but have massively cut back on my playing time. There's just no fun in a game that tells you to "do this action" but when you do it doesn't register.

Parry/Dex has been consistently bad for months for me…. Since the absolutely perfect (not!) implementation of the unity engine.

What I noticed this month is increased lag, especially during specials. The parry/Dex issue is exasperated by the lag.

Perfect example. I am having a hell of a time getting past Kitty Pride. Every time she launches a special, the game get super choppy and there’s no way to get timing right. This seems to happen more when a champ gets buffs during their special. Also anytime she ‘phases’ the game gets super choppy. I have noticed this with Miles Morales too.

Some fights become completely unplayable. Restarting the game is not helping either.

No, not nearly as much as I did over the summer. I'm on iphone 11 and although I haven't been playing much, I do feel as tho things are working smoothly for me.
