5-Star Science Champ Max Out Question!!

I currently have a 5-Star Immortal Hulk, Immortal Abomination, She-Hulk, Red Hulk, Quake, Spider-Ham & Spider-Gwen (all R1, none awakened). Which should I prioritize ranking up?? Suggestions are greatly appreciated!

    Quake is a monster if you can play him right
    But she hulk , red hulk and ibom are all solid champions
    You cant go wrong with any of these but I would say as your first rankup ibom or she hulk are better
