Missing last month Grandmaster crystals

I had something around 10'000 shards on Grandmaster world's end crystal and around 8'000 shards on Grandmaster Bewhiskered crystal I didnt claim them straight because i was saving them on my Silvestr/new year grand opening and they dissapeard i use screenshot from my friend who still have them to be clear which crystals i mean

Shards go away at the end of the month, crystals do not. You didn't use the shards so unfortunately lost them. Your friend turned their shards into crystals, which persist past the month
