Which tech to R2

In case it Effects opinions I've attached my tech roster. Looking to r2 a 6* tech champ but not sure who.

I dont run suicides. If anyone can give reasons for your choices thatd be really helpful too. Thanks in advance

Man this is really hard, you already have bangers in the case of guardian, ghost and Peni, guilly, warlock etc

I would go Start Spidey or IMIW

I actually haven't had much experience with either one so I could be wrong but what about peni Parker? Is she not Superior to both Punisher and starky?

Punisher 2099 does have crazy power control but the damage is meh.

Stark Spidey has one of the most unique power control mechanics in the game and can ramp up his damage to a far better potential and on top lof that has the taunt mechanic.

Imiw has end game potential

Vulture used to be underrated but now he is overrated definitely don't choose him

Haven't gotten to play much War Machine but research it seems he's a support chance who should be okay at rank one

I love Vulture for his power control, incinerate immunity and the fact that I had to pretend he was AA for over a year since I could never pull him.

I been playing some vulture lately and have to say, he hits pretty hard. Also a great bishop counter

When I think of tech I think of :

Immunities- 1/4 incinerate immune
Power control- yes
Power lock- no
Armor ups- yes
Heal block- no
