I accidentally spent a thousand units 2 or 3 days

I accidentally spent 1000 units 2 or 3 days ago go i don't know if my ticket went through to kabam about a reimbursement how long does it take?

Also, how did you accidentally spend that many units?
A couple of years ago, I (presumably) pocket-dial-purchased a pop-up ad for a rank-up Gem costing a couple of thousand units. Totally unintentionally and unaware.
Luckily, I noticed it in my inventory, wondered where it came from; found a thread on 'would you buy this offer' on the forums and put two and two together.
I went back through old screenshots and sent in a ticket. Kabam team got it sorted in a couple of days, as I recall.
If it involved crystals/units and they've been opened/spent, then it won't be refunded. So be sure not to do that; and if you haven't seen anything in a few days, check your email and chase it up. (Politely...)

As long as you don't use what you bought with units, you can make the case that the transaction was an error and support seems to generally be able to reverse those. But if you use any of the materials you get from the transaction in any way, they tend to assume you meant to do that and now have buyers remorse, and they tend to not reverse those.
Our Support Team's response time depends on several factors, including how busy they are and how complex your issue is.
I recommend being patient in the meantime. Rest assured, they'll get back to you as quickly as possible.
