Leader and Officers chat room

I think having a chat room for the Leader and Officers could be a cool thing especially for alliances that don't use the line app. Obviously, the chat room would only be used by the Leader and officers to talk about something that needs to be discussed such as kicking members not doing their part or anything else that needs to stay within that group.

I think that an overhaul of the entire MCOC chat system would be a better investment of time.
