Is anyone else not getting the evade charge with corvus?

If you kill the opponent with your knockdown it won’t grant you the charge.

I've found that it doesn't grant me the charge when I kill them with a knockdown?

Its always been like that.. if the last kill hit is a knock down u don't get the charge, similar as recoil on special killing blow
