You would not believe how many patents have been filed for things that were never made. Existence of a patent alone is proof of nothing other than somebody had an idea at some point.

I don’t want to get too deep into the math, but, scientifically, the odds are directly related to which elder god you are praying to. I prefer Shub-Niggurath, which I why I was able to pull 6* Diablo from the side quest cavs. I suspect your are using Cthulhu, who is unhelpful, and also technically dead.

At one point 6 times in a row.

I’ve pulled Spidey99 2 times and he’s sig 200.

Those are my last 11 pulls with Rogue in there somewhere

You would not believe how many patents have been filed for things that were never made. Existence of a patent alone is proof of nothing other than somebody had an idea at some point.

This is true, but it is also true that no one who makes these claims actually read the patents, because the patents don't describe an invention for "factoring in how much you've spent in the game" in such broad terms The only patent that comes close to patenting such a thing is a patent (that is often pointed to, again by people who haven't read it) for improving the odds of a lootbox to drop higher value stuff when the game detects that player spending has dropped, to encourage them to spend again.

There is no patent for making a lootbox secretly drop better stuff to whales, because first of all that would not be patentable, and second of all that would be stupid. No one wants to reward big spenders for spending by giving them secret rewards that are so subtle they can't tell they are getting them, and that the company has to deny they are giving out. That would literally be the dumbest patent ever applied for.

I used to kinda find no flaw in this till the one young Sheldon episode
