Make "synergy only" champions viable on their own

Now that we've got more incursions artifacts
Can we look at the purchase limit on incursions crystals? Most end game players are interested by somewhere between 0-2 crystals. Only having one shot at each defeats the purpose of increasing artifact availability.

How about a true boss rush?
