About Electro
Max Dillon was just an electrical engineer doing his job. But a lightning strike turned him into the menacing supervillain known as Electro! With the ability to command up to a million volts of electricity, deliver lethal shocks, or shoot lightning, he has become an infamous criminal, and adversary to Spider-Man.

Class: science

Abilities: shock, stun, power burn, true accuracy, ect…

Strengths:
Shock debuffs
These are your main source of damage. The more you have, the more damage you deal.

Weaknesses:
Shock immune champs
Electro's main damage comes from his shock debuffs. So make sure that the opponent is not immune to them. Or the result could be quite “shocking”.

Passive
Immune to all shock effects
Whenever he would get a shock debuff, he gains 438.96 (2%) of missing health

Basic attacks
60% chance to inflict a shock debuff for 3 seconds. Dealing 99.28 (4%) damage overtime.


When attacked
Opponents that make contact with you receive a static shock for 30% of the damage they inflicted as energy damage.
Mystic champs take double the amount of the damage they inflicted as energy damage from static shock.
Skill champions take no damage from static shock.


Electric charges
When a shock debuff expires or gets nullified, Electro gets an electric charge. These have a max stack of 20.
Electric charges increase the potency of shock debuffs by 3%.

When you have a max stack of electric charges, you remove all charges and get electric shield for 10 seconds
Electric shield makes all future shock debuffs passive till the shield expires.
When the opponent gets near Electro, they suffer -20% ability accuracy and 24.82 (1%) of Electro’s damage output.


Special attacks
Special 1:
Inflict shock for 5 seconds. Dealing 49.64 (2%) damage.
Deal power burn, removing 50% of an opponent's bar of power

Special 2:
Inflict a shock debuff for 10 seconds. Dealing 74.46 (3%) damage.
100% chance to stun the opponent for 5 seconds.

Special 3:
Inflict a shock debuff for 20 seconds. dealing 124.1 (5%) damage overtime.
gain a true accuracy buff, granting the ability to ignore all Evade and Auto-Block effects by 100% for 8 seconds.


Signature ability: Electrostatic
Basic attacks
Electro increases his chance to inflict a shock debuff by 60 - 100%.

Passive
Building power levels in both players charge the atmosphere, increasing critical rating by up to 305.28 - 3145.49 based on the stored power in both Electro and his opponent.


Synergies
Short circuited
Electro: when Electro gets attacked, tech champions suffer 40% of the damage they inflicted instead of 30% from static shock.
Tech champions: 20% shock resistance.

How shocking
Electro: start the fight with 1 electric charge.
Storm (Pyramed X): start the fight with lightning tempest active along with ice tempest.
Black Widow (deadly origins): shock debuffs gain 15% potency.
Doctor Doom: remove no shock effects when placing a stun when he charges his heavy attack.

Electrical experts
Electro: tech champions suffer -25% ability accuracy when the electric shield is active.
Howard the duck: special 2 inflicts a bleed debuff for 5 seconds. Dealing 7% of damage. MASH! Inflict additional bleed debuffs.
Iron Man: special 1 inflicts an incinerate debuff for 4 seconds. Dealing 5% of damage.
Doctor Octopus: start the fight with each research category at 50.

Teammates
Electro, vulture, mysterio, rhino: all champions gain +[3, 4, 5]% perfect block chance.

Friends
Electro, Venom, Carnege: all champions gain +[95, 130] armor rating.

Enemies
Electro, Spider-Man (classic), Spider-Man (mile morales), Spider Gwen: All champions gain +155 critical rating.
