25% t5cc selector missing from special log in calendar

I have been playing this game off and on for the last 5 years and this is the first time I've ever posted on a forum. Essentially, this "free week" of rewards which ends on Day 7 with a 25% t5cc selector is the issue. I initially emailed Kabam letting them know there was a mistake on there end because it said I missed one of the days. So, when they got back to me they already implied I missed a day and were wanting to know if I wanted assistance for a special correction. They then stated " It is showing here that you missed logging in last December 14, 2021." Then they go on to further state, " This is a strict Kabam policy that is implemented in order to maintain the integrity of the game and if a request like this is granted, it may cause unrest to the Marvel Contest of Champions Community as it can be viewed as Kabam giving preferential or special treatment and assisting players to gain an advantage in-game." At the end of their email of course they go on to state if I have any other questions or concerns on the matter and to feel free to contact them and so on.

Well, here's where it gets tricky. The date in question that they say "I missed" is December 14th, 2021. That day was the 1st day of AQ and being an officer in a map 7 AQ alliance I logged on multiple times throughout the day to clear my paths. So, to preface I will just quote exactly what I emailed them back. (mind you these all transcribed on the 14th)

After deliberations with two line chats I'm in and them pointing out certain things (one being that throughout the years a lot of them have never got any helpful responses to issues in game from Kabam support) I responded to Kabam stating, "Okay, I'm in a platinum 4 map 7 war and aq alliance so my commitment to the game doesn't take a day off. You say I missed logging in on December 14th, 2021 so you can't give me back that day because it would "lack integrity." That is not true whatsoever because yesterday on December 14th I had day 1 of AQ and have several alliance mates that can attest I got on multiple times throughout the day to clear my lanes. On even the day before that on the 13th I got on a few times throughout the day to clear content and was messing around with my new rank 2 Hela with different synergy teams in Labrynth and Realm of Legends. I have done nothing wrong on my part. I HAVE logged in multiple times a day throughout the week and to top it off there's not a day since joining this alliance where I've ever been off. Logging on to MCOC is a daily routine. You saying giving me back the day that is your mess up would "lack integrity" but by not giving me back the day that I rightfully earned per your instructions by logging in every single day would be you Kabam as a company lacking integrity."

Since I sent this email back two days ago nobody from Kabam support has gotten back to me. I've tried creating two separate new inquiries, responded to the original email they sent me multiple times to no avail. With the two new inquiries it states that the case is automatically closed because it's similar to another case that is already open. The problem with the open case is nobody gets back to me.

I've never wanted to take anything to forums and I really hoped to resolve this through emails back and forth through Kabam support. But with all of my alliance mates and others receiving their 25% t5cc and I miss out on that because of an error is ludicrous. I sent screenshots along with my request to get this fixed to Kabam support as proof because I screenshot new champs or record gameplay a lot and my photo album will show exact times that I took these videos or photos. As being someone who spends especially when it comes to July 4th, cyber weekend and so on, it is really frustrating to see a company be very complacent when it comes to helping out the people who play this game. As much proof and how much I would really look forward to a 25% t5cc selector I earned, I doubt I'll get it. What I do hope this does bring awareness too is the fact that there needs to be better communication and if anything at all, a more thorough investigation. How in the world do I send an email where you as a company know for a fact Day 1 of AQ popped off on December 14, 2021 and then decide not to respond to any of my requests?

Sincerely,

Marcee

AzKicker a Kabam undercover agent! Lol. If we are running AQ we are needed to move every certain time within the day and be on and off the game so I think you deserve to get them rewards my guy.

Man, that really sucks. I find this sort of stuff so frustrating. I have experienced some tickets like this when I keep repeating myself and they aren't addressing my issue at all but acting as if they have/are. I have gone back and forth for awhile but eventually have given up. It's like beating your head against a brick wall sometimes. Sometimes it's helpful though. You should be able to prove you didn't miss a day though by showing your other calendars as well (I think) unless you are saying all login calendars got reset/are showing a missed day?

I see the communication as a problem, once again. Even if the support only reassured you that their hands are bound, it'd be better than playing dead like this.

As @Zan0 correctly replied (which @Sbkrueb did not understand), it is not based on a calendar day of your own timezone.

It's like either 7pm or 8pm US-EST (depending on DST, and don’t want to check in game for which, you can check that yourself) when calendar rolls over. So 4 or 5 pm Us-PST.
And since AQ (correct, Dec 14 was start of DAY-1 attack) started at 3pm EST, if you had not actually joined in AQ within those first 4 to 5 hours, it doesn’t matter how many times you logged in AFTER that for your Day-1 AQ movements (those would have then been counted for the NEXT Calendar day).

And since AW is in Off-season, and prior to that the AQ was also in pre-setup mode only, could it be possible you actually DIDN'T login during that timeframe of Dec 13 from 4 or 5 pm, thru Dec 14 (4 or 5pm), times specified in your US-PST timezone you mentioned ?

^^^ agree with above post. If you hadn’t logged in as soon as aq started you wouldn’t of gotten the rewards. Maybe spend less time talking and more time playing and your problem would be solved. Complaining about not logging in on time is your own fault

Anyone else hate it when people other than @DrZola end their Posts or Comments with their name?

In this case and cases like these where it's a big post and they say, "Sincerely _______" I don't mind.

But yeah it is a little off-putting on every post if they do it cuz its DrZola's thing.

How can you go 48 hours without missing a day? It's Universal Time. 4 p.m. PST, which is 7 p.m. EST where I'm at.

Sorry this has happened to you. I will tell you a funny/not funny story.

I was autoplaying halls of glory which has selectors in it. I was in and out of sleep on the couch. I woke up and thought I chose mutant for clearing a lane.

A minute later, up pops the daily calendar. I get no t5cc selector. I restart the game and look in my inventory, even though selectors don't generally go to inventory. I go to my t5cc and realize that the selector that popped up wasn't from halls of glory. It was t5cc from the calendar before the calendar even popped on my screen.

Now instead of almost having a cosmic, I needed 30%, I have about 2/3 of another mutant.

How many of you fall asleep in arena or another part of game? I do all the time.

And what does your calendar countdown timer say right now?

You can go almost 48 hours without logging in and still not miss a day
    53mins

It’s amazing that people can play for five years and not understand how the calendar works.
