Deffo not namor he's gonna take millenia to max sig... i personally am biased towards capiw but also torch doesn't need r3 to destroy what he was made for

Both cap and namor need max sig. torch doesn’t. He’s also probably better anyways.

Took my HT to r3 unawakened. Doesn’t need the sig, let alone high level.

Torch at R3 is amazing. Don’t need awaken either.
