Is he an underrated champ and worth taking up or would it be a waste of resources?

    He's a brilliant champ. Well worth R2 when duped. I have mine at R3 and he gets a good amount of use for high power gain scenarios.

    Very underrated; needs practice. Despite being Tech, his Power Control is just amazing even against Cosmic opponents like Hyperion or Vision Aarkus.
