Lost alliance rewards

Hi mike
Please be advised that we are still waiting for lost rewards .
I have put in 5 tickets and get the same response , all I would like to know when we are expected to receive lost rewards ..
we dropped a tier ( when we shouldn’t have ) and you said sorry, then the following week was void ( so why no refund on alliance quest costs? ) and then every time I write a ticket and ask a question I get the same response and no answer..
hope to hear an actual proper response from you mike .

    Yes , mike we would really appreciate if Kabam appreciates our time and effort by rewarding us with what we deserve.

    Tried to inquire but get same post from forums and ticket was automatically closed without definite answer

    We were promised to get our lost rewards the 21st of October, but like my colleagues mentioned, we still didnt get some. Though we heard other alliances already received them.
    So please a respons to our calls,
