Question about gifting

So, I made a free to play account in November 16th and today on December 19th I just go to lvl 40. I was wondering would I be able to gift on that account or not? Btw, I’ve passed act4 for that requirement as well.

Only requirements are that the account was made before November 20th of this year and that it’s level 40 so you should be good.
