Currently, Annihilus has their Signature ability erroneously set to 1 - it should be 0.

Will I be able to participate in the gifting event if I become level 40 only on 21st of December?

    If you created your account before November 15th (I think?) then you should become eligible once you hit 40.

    Yes, as long as you have completed act 4 and the account was made before Nov 20
