I'm level 55 not sure about act 4 but i got it all last year and I've updated the other week.

I haven't got it, but I'm level 49 and mid act 3 I can also received but not give. I've been told by others that it should of been in a mail sent to me, is there another way of getting it ????

Level 40, finished act4, Account created before 20.11.21….thats what you need to gift
