Worth spending a skill AG on jabari panther?

I’m able to get her to sig 150 ish and my other good skill champs are killmonger, blade, falcon and Elsa bloodstone

She doesn't need it she's good without the dupe but it's nice to have. I would use it on Blade because that regen is so sweet to have.

Falcon for sure

Falcon or KM. Falcon needs it for crit rate and KM does for damage
