For map 8, allow alliances the option to increase the health and/or the attack of the defenders.
This allows the top 20 alliances to show their skill rather than just prestige.
Alliances will essentially start day 5 on day 1!
If they are really determined, start day 8, 10, 13... on day 1!
Players want to compete and show their ability. This allows the best to do so.
