Why can't I claim this event reward?

I became eligible for gifting about 50 minutes ago. gifted 8 ggcs but i can't get the 2nd last reward which I should be eligible to get. I got the previous rewards, so why can't i get it?

    Isn’t eight greater gifting crystals 24,000 points? It isn’t the second to last milestone 27,500 points?

    You only have 24k points. Need 25k it says it right there

    yeah for 14th reward. but I needed 21k for 13th reward which i surpassed but didn’t get it.
