Is Ultron cauterizad not working?

Hi I’ve been playing with Ultron lately and it seems that after sp3 the cauterized function doesn’t trigger. I don’t know if something changed but now the big attack increase is not working. I looked up on the forums but couldn’t find anything.

    Mine’s working. Are you sure it wasn’t like a bleed immune?
