What does your roster need?
Ultron offers great immunites, AA offers free kills on champs who can bleed and poison. Also if awakened Ultron offers basically double immunities and AA offers AAR reduction.

AA if awakened. Ultron if not. Both are good champs, so I would eventually get them both to rank 4.
