Gift rank rewards question

Say some of us are at 50k+ in the event and some are at 5k.

I know the 5k people won’t be able to claim all milestones, but will they still get ranked rewards?

I think everyone alliance qualifies for ranked.

Yes every alliance which in previous years has even included inactive ones
