Main Story: Completed Sectons Displaying as Incomplete

I'm in the main story, Book 1, Act 4, Chapter 3, Quest 2, and several sections that I've completed are showing up as dotted lines. As you can see in the screenshot, there's no way I could have left these sections undone. Please advise. Thanks.

When reporting suspected bugs or errors in The Contest here on the forums, having as much information and context around this issue as possible is very important.
