Why was there no 2021 Cav crystals?

This seemed very odd to me. Last year in 2020, if u remember we got Epoch shards. These shards could be used to purchase cav crystals in store and they offered 2020 crystals. Therefore shouldn’t we get 2021 crystals. Are we ever going to get 2021 crystals?
