Hawkeye synergy with X-23 bugged

Hawkeye synergy with x23 should let him remove all rock stacks on special attacks but doesn’t seem to work with or without perfect release on both sp1 and sp2. I was just testing the synergy so please don’t mind the sloppy gameplay. https://youtu.be/cb1qStzRv_k

Can confirm this. I just tested it as well and it wasn't removing rock stacks.

I tested against korg in 6.3.5 and it looks like it works against him.
