Issue with alliance gifting event contributions

in Bugs and Known Issues
I joined an alliance one day after beginning of gifting event hence my contribution rewards were delayed by 5-6 days, i waited for those n exchanged ggc within alliance but didn't got any point in alliance gifting event but on other hand got adequate solo points event please @Kabam Zibiit check screenshot for details

    How did you get 150 pts for alliance event after only 5-6 days ? It should have been 14 days, meaning you should have had to join BEFORE the event actually began (and wait 14 days, which could push up against the tail end of the event before further gifting would actually count toward alliance).
