He’s really good but you need 4/5 in MD to play him optimally. Basic rotation is sp1, heavy, sp2 repeat. He stacks up a lot of poisons and armor breaks too

It's in your proficiencies mastery setup. Stands for mystic dispersion. You gain power when you nullify a buff, and since ManThing places buffs on the opponent to them nullify them, he gains power rapidly.
