I have both as 5* r5, who's signature ability should I max out first?

Neither really need max sig, both are completely fine at sig 1. Hyperion's does help but it scales very weirdly (65% at sig 1 and 75% at sig 200), so it's not really worth investing sig levels into with stones.

Agree with the others. Save those stones for herc, Angela, Medusa, etc. if both are awakened they are near max utility already.

CGR has damage that dosnt require to many heavies and he also has more immunities

Neither, why waste your sig stones in 2 champs that are amazing at sig 1. Better off saving your stones for Hercules, Ronan or Knull

Neither but if these are your best options, hyperion benefits more. Some will see it as these 2 cosmics can’t coexist but i rotate between hype and CGR, along with VP. CGR only really needs sig 1 as he doesn’t get much damage from his DOT in comparison to his raw damage with armor breaks stacked up.
