How many points do you need to Qualify for Ranked Rewards?

I spoke to my alliance that I would only be able to put up like 8k points because I’m Broke of reasons and just want to know if I can qualify for Ranked Rewards

I can’t reveal that information. It’s not an alliance policy (my alliance is just me and some alts), I just don’t know. 11? Is that a likely number?
