No gifting badge.

I just got to level 40 expecting to get the gifting badge but didn’t. Had account from before 20th Nov and completed act 4 please help.

It’s been 2 days since I got to level 40 I’ve restarted numerous times. I’ll try delete and reinstall

It doesn't show up on either place you took a screenshot of. Have you checked the sidebar when you check chats/your mailbox?

They were to show act 4 complete level 40 and when I started.
