A simple change to rogue which can be effective and easy to implement.
1.Heavy Attack Grant's Passive prowess for 15 seconds increasing special damage by 40% ( Max Stacks 3)
2.Stolen Buffs increased duration by 30%(Can be added as new sig ability and current sig added to the base kit)
Simple but effective change, should be more than enough for her tuneup.
This will solve her damage output and stress to keep buffs up but not breaking her in the process.
