PHC not giving the stated points in mutant advancement event.

PHC is supposed to give 1250 points for the class advancement events, but it only gives 350 points instead. Clearly a bug that needs to be fixed.

    The same thing happens with 3 star crystals and 4 star crystals. They actually give the points of the shards crystals.
