Why is there still not a "Canadian" tag for certain champions?

It does not paint a pretty picture when there is an in-game challenge that requires a specific set of champions (Canadian) and yet we have no way to see in-game which champions fulfil that requirement.
To make things worse, we have about 10 joke tags for Goldpool and Platinumpool that can even be used for filtering! (just to be 100% clear, I like the fact that Deadpool has joke tags since it fits his character, but having those tags as options for filtering simply makes filtering more cumbersome than it could be).
Plus, we also have the leftover "bewhiskered" tag that, if I'm not mistaken, served its purpose and is currently pointless.

If you can create a new tag for a limited-time event and apply it to champs (like "bewhiskered"), there is no excuse for not implementing the tag required for permanent content.

And in case adding the "Canadian" tag is too much of a hassle, you could simply update the text description of the relevant Carina's Challenge to include the names of the applicable champions.
