Catalyst Storage Issue

I want to rank up my 6* champ to rank 2 but my tier 4 catalyst capacity is only 6 but i need 7 to rank up my champ and my lvl is 42.
Can u say at which lvl will my catalyst capacity increase to 7.

Probably level 50. Use boosts and do Act 4. Also, you really don't need an r2 at level 42.
